Your Contract, Their Contract, Our Contract
If you are a full-time or partial-load faculty member at Fanshawe College, you are covered by the province-wide Academic Employees Collective Agreement (CA). It is a legally binding contract: it specifies the rights and obligations you have as a member of the bargaining unit, and the rights and obligations of your employer. The contract is enforced through legally binding dispute resolution processes including Grievance Arbitration (Article 32) and Workload Resolution Arbitration (WRA).

Notes
Partial-load faculty should pay particular attention to Article 26. We have also prepared an FAQ.
Full-time faculty can refer to our FAQ. The pay grid can be found in Article 14. Full-time professors can find the workload provisions in Article 11.
Part-time and Sessional Faculty are not yet covered by a CA: negotiations will begin soon.
