Local 110 President Darryl Bedford gives an honest assessment of where we are in the bargaining process, what is at stake for faculty at Fanshawe, and what is next.

You’ll notice from the list of issues that salary is not on the table this round. Under Bill 124, compensation increases are limited to 1% but other changes can be made. Your CAAT-A Bargaining Team has tabled language that would reopen salary negotiations should Bill 124 be repealed or struck down by the courts.
