You’ll notice from the list of issues that salary is not on the table this round. Under Bill 124, compensation increases are limited to 1% but other changes can be made. Your CAAT-A Bargaining Team has tabled language that would reopen salary negotiations should Bill 124 be repealed or struck down by the courts.
