How to check your pay: Go to the MyFanshawe portal. Under the Links tab on the right, click WebAdvisor. On the left, click Employee Profile, then Pay Advices. For FT faculty, you can verify that your pay is correct by multiplying the gross salary by 12 and comparing it against the grid in Article 14. For Partial Load faculty, check the hourly rate against Article 26.

Check your maximum step: Go to the MyFanshawe portal. Click the Employee Services menu item, select Employee Groups. Under the Documents tab, look for the Faculty Seniority Report, Faculty Probationary Report, or the Partial Load Seniority Report. Your maximum step is listed as Grade on the report.

How to check your sick leave balance: Go to the MyFanshawe portal. Under the Links tab on the right, click WebAdvisor. On the left, click Employee Profile, then click the Leave Plan Summary link. The College is now displaying your entitlement and balance in hours. Divide the number displayed by 8.8 to convert it to days.
