There is something that contract faculty (part time, partial load, and sessional) should do right now: we recommend that you create a CRA MyAccount if you haven’t already. Detailed instructions can be found here. By initiating a CRA MyAccount, just in case there should be any impact on your contract, you will have the access needed to apply for the Canada Emergency Response Benefit (CERB). CERB is designed to carry people through until the economy stabilizes.
