CAAT(A) 2012 Bargaining

Provincial proposals set

Our provincial meeting was held on March 31 and April 1. From a list of 350 local proposals, only 28 were accepted to go forward to the bargaining table.

Bargaining begins in June with the first dates being June 4th and 5th. Monitor your non-Fanshawe e-mail address for updates and important information during this period of time. If we do not have your home e-mail address, please send it to us at union@opseu110.ca.

About OPSEU Local 110 and Collective Bargaining

OPSEU Local 110 is the faculty union representing Full Time and Partial Load Professors, Counsellors, and Librarians at Fanshawe College.

Collective Agreements are negotiated provincially between the College Employer Council (a.k.a. "The Council") and OPSEU. The current collective agreement expires August 31, 2012. The collective bargaining process is stipulated by a provincial law, the Colleges Collective Bargaining Act (CCBA) 2008.
